We are a rapidly growing cleaning company seeking dedicated Cleaning Associates and Subcontractor Partners to join our team. While we currently specialize in residential cleaning, we are expanding into commercial services.

The ideal candidate takes pride in delivering high-quality results and is passionate about making a positive difference in clients’ lives through exceptional cleaning. We’re looking for professionals who consistently exceed expectations and build strong, lasting relationships with the clients they serve.

Work you will perform:

Responsibilities

Perform residential and commercial cleaning using appropriate tools, equipment, and cleaning solutions
Ensure all areas, especially kitchens and bathrooms, are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and presentable
Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors, including polishing hardwood when required
Clean and disinfect surfaces, countertops, appliances, windows, and fixtures
Remove stains, mold, and mildew from surfaces
Dust furniture, shelves, baseboards, and window treatments
Empty trash and dispose of waste properly
Clean upholstered furniture, drapes, walls, and ceilings as needed
Maintain outdoor areas such as driveways and walkways when required
Sanitize and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
Perform deep cleaning or heavy-duty tasks when necessary
Follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently and on schedule

We are looking for:

Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleaning standards
Ability to follow instructions and willingness to learn
Previous cleaning experience is a plus
Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment preferred
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

Cleaning Associate

Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current car insurance
Legally able to work in the US
Ability to pass background, credit, and drug screening if required
Must have a working smart phone
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 35 lbs
Capable of standing and walking for extended periods

Contractors

Minimum 2 years of professional residential and/or commercial cleaning experience
Legal authorization to work and operate as an independent contractor
Reliable transportation and ability to travel between job sites on time
Smartphone with data for schedules, check-ins, and job updates
Own professional cleaning supplies and equipment (or willingness to meet our standards)
Liability insurance and any local licenses required (where applicable)

Nice to have: experience with move-in/move-out, airbnb, or office cleaning, and comfort working with checklists and photo documentation.
